Uis Lithium Project The Uis Lithium Project is located in Namibia, Africa covering an area of 308.12 km2 located less than 5km from the township of Uis and less than 2.5km from the operating Uis Mine owned and operated by AfriTin Mining plc (LSE. ATM), within the Erongo Region of west-central Namibia. The Namibian capital city of Windhoek is located approximately 270km southeast of the Uis Lithium Project. The deep water port of Walvis Bay is located less than 230km away by sealed roads accessible all year round. The Uis Lithium Project boasts more than 120 mapped pegmatites across the project area, with many of the pegmatites having been mined historically for tin and semi-precious stone. An abundance of altered spodumene is visible both within the workings and the mined rock around the workings. High-grade lithium up to 3.2% Li2O has been sampled on surface as well as high-grade tin up to 3.2% Sn, high-grade tantalum up to 663ppm Ta and high-grade rubidium up to 3,387ppm Rb. The Uis Lithium Project represents a significantly under-explored lithium opportunity in a first-ranked jurisdiction in close proximity to key mining infrastructure and services.

Hillside Lithium Project The Hillside Lithium Project covers an area of approximately 65km 2 located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, which is highly prospective for Lithium-Tin-Tantalum (Li-Sn-Ta) mineralisation. The Hillside Lithium Project is located along strike and adjacent to the Trigg Hill and East Curlew lithium projects which are being actively explored by Eastern Resources Limited (ASX. EFE) where drilling has been ongoing at the Trigg Hill lithium project and EFE has reported high-grade rock-chip assays in extensive lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatites, with results up to 2.28% Li2O, 1,552ppm Cs2O, and 514ppm Ta2O5. The Hillside Lithium Project is located less than 4km NE of the Tambourah Project which is being actively explored by Riversgold Ltd (ASX. RGL) and the Tambourah North Project which is being actively explored by Trek Metals Limited (ASX. TKM).

Yarrie Lithium Project The Yarrie Lithium Project is a district-scale lithium exploration opportunity located in the eastern Pilbara lithium hotspot adjacent to and along strike of significant and growing hard-rock lithium deposits. Due to its favourable location and underlying geology, the Yarrie project is considered highly prospective for hard-rock lithium mineralisation in pegmatites. The Yarrie Lithium Project comprises nine exploration licenses covering more than 1,700 km2 in the eastern Pilbara lithium hotspot, approximately 50km northeast of Marble Bar, Western Australia. The Company has generated a targeted “lithium-exploration” model for the project, providing focus within this district-scale opportunity where dedicated lithium exploration can be conducted. A review of the key geological structures present at the Yarrie Lithium Project has revealed several structures and geological formations which may have acted as potential conduits for lithium-bearing mineralising fluids.

Myrnas Hill Lithium Project The Myrnas Hill Lithium Project located in the eastern Pilbara region of Western Australia and is highly prospective for Lithium-Tin-Tantalum (Li-Sn-Ta) mineralisation. Myrnas Hill is located approximately 50km from the world-class Pilgangoora Lithium Mine (ASX. PLS) and boasts a similar geological setting with target host rocks strongly analogous to that of the nearby world-class Pilgangoora and Wodgina Lithium Mines. Myrnas Hill is located adjacent to KZR / SQM JV at DOM’s Hill Lithium Project and KZR Pear Creek Lithium Project where recent exploration success by KZR has identified broad highly anomalous soil sample results and high-grade rock chip sample results. Myrnas Hill sits exclusively within the LCT Pegmatite “Goldilocks Zone” and covers an area of approximately 50km2 within the highly prospective region of Pilbara, Western Australia, known for delineating some of the world’s largest lithium deposits. The Myrnas Hill Lithium Project is located less than 30 km north-west of Global Lithium Resources Limited (ASX:GL1) Archer Lithium Deposit (Marble Bar Lithium Project) near Marble Bar containing 10.5MT @1.0% Li2O.

Barrow Creek Lithium Project The Barrow Creek Lithium Project (BCL Project) is located in the Northern Arunta Pegmatite Province of Central Northern Territory. The BCL Project is located within 20 km of the Central Australia Railway line, which links Darwin and Adelaide, thereby providing additional transportation options for the future development of the BCL Project. The project covers 278km2 within the highly prospective Northern Arunta Pegmatite Province, known for hosting extensive pegmatites and is highly prospective for Spodumene dominated hard-rock Lithium mineralisation. The BCL Project is surrounded by tenements owned by Core Lithium Limited (ASX: CXO) and Lithium Plus Minerals Limited (ASX: LPM) and is proximal to several known Lithium-Tin-Tantalum occurrences. These also share similar geological settings with the BCL Project. Highly fractionated pegmatites have been mapped and documented in government reports in this region, but limited exploration has been undertaken on the BCL Project area. The project’s location, its under-explored nature and the numerous mineralised occurrences nearby point to significant exploration upside for the BCL Project.
