Mr Robert Downey
CHAIRMAN

Mr Downey is an experienced legal professional with expertise in the resource and corporate sectors.

Admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1999, he has advised oil and gas and mining companies on a variety of legal issues, including initial public offerings, debt and equity raisings, takeovers, and other corporate transactions.

Mr Downey also developed an expertise advising both Australian and foreign incorporated entities on dual listings and cross jurisdiction capital raising and listing rule advice particularly with respect to the TSX-V and AIM markets.

He has also acted as General Counsel for a Canadian oil and gas exploration and production company with assets in Europe and Africa, overseeing its dual listing on the TSX-V and AIM, as well as a £50 million raise and subsequent takeover through a scheme of arrangement.

Mr Gino D’Anna
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr D’Anna has significant experience in primary and secondary capital markets, resource exploration, public company operations, administration and financial management.

In just over a decade , he has raised more than $200 million for public and private companies.

Mr D’Anna has experience in Canadian Government and First Nations relations in the mining sector and has worked in numerous jurisdictions including Australia, Botswana, Namibia and Canada.

He has been involved in the exploration and development of a number of new and existing discoveries.

He is also a founding shareholder and director of Askari Metals Limited (ASX: AS2).

Mr Chris Evans
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR - LITHIUM

Mr Evans has a strong lithium and civil engineering background with demonstrated success over two decades in managing large scale construction and mining development projects and operations across various commodities.

As Chief Operating Officer, he was instrumental in building and bringing into operation the Pilgangoora lithium mine and processing facility, which was recently acquired by Pilbara Minerals (ASX:PLS) in a deal valued at more than $200 million.

In this role, and his subsequent role as Managing Director of an ASX listed lithium development Company, Mr Evans has developed and maintained key relationships with project finance and off-take partners.

Mr Evans holds a Master of Engineering Science, Construction Management, (University of New South Wales), a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Civil (University of New South Wales), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Johan Lambrechts
VICE PRESIDENT - EXPLORATION AND GEOLOGY

Mr Lambrechts is a geologist with more than two decades experience in various management, geological and production roles. He has worked with large and small public companies and brings significant expertise in exploration management, and open-cut and underground mining operations.

Mr Lambrecht’s strengths lie in leadership, project management, problem-solving and systems implementation. He has strong business acumen and proven experience linking exploration with future mining potential and pathways for success.

He has worked for a range of successful Australian mining and resource companies, including Godolphin Resources (ASX: GRL), Ardea Resources (ASX: ARL) and Silver Lake Resources (ASX: SLR), as well as tier-one mining companies such as Anglo Platinum, Xstrata Zinc and Glencore.

Mr Lambrechts holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) with Honours from the University of Port Elizabeth

Mr Paul Fromson
CFO / COMPANY SECRETARY

Mr Fromson is a finance professional with more than 30 years industry experience, including over 23 years with ASX listed resource companies.

He has held a variety of senior positions including Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Director in exploration and mining companies, bringing extensive experience in corporate matters, ASX listing rules and all forms of capital raising.

Mr Fromson has experience over a variety of commodities, working on multinational joint ventures such as the Boddington Gold Mine and Worsley Alumina Projects, as well as a significant gold producer and several exploration companies with projects within Australia and overseas.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Certified Practising Accountant and a Licensed Tax Agent. Mr. Fromson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Western Australia.

Mr Cliff Fitzhenry
CHIEF EXPLORATION & PROJECT MANAGER

Mr. Fitzhenry is a seasoned Geologist with 19 years’ experience, beginning his career with Anglo Platinum on the Bushveld Complex and has subsequently worked on mining and exploration projects throughout Africa including Central African Republic, Liberia, Madagascar, South Africa, Mozambique, Nigeria, Mauritania, Tanzania and Malawi.

He has held senior management positions, successfully leading teams across all aspects of exploration, development and feasibility studies. Most recently he was the senior geologist for Sovereign Metals Limited (ASX. SVM) delivering the maiden mineral resource estimate, and subsequent resource upgrades, of the Kasiya rutile-graphite project in Malawi.

This culminated in Kasiya being regarded as the world’s largest natural rutile deposit and second largest flake graphite deposit at 1.8 billion tonnes at 1.0% rutile and 1.4% graphite respectively.

Mr. Fitzhenry holds MSc and BSc Honours (cum laude) degrees from the University of KwaZulu Natal (South Africa) and is a Registered Professional Natural Scientist in South Africa.

Mr Corné Coetser
SENIOR EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST

Mr. Coetser received his BSc Earth science degree from the University of Stellenbosch Western Cape, South Africa.

He has worked in multiple commodities for TSX and ASX listed companies with experience in geological and surveying platforms providing innovative methods for mining and exploration industry enhancing company growth.
