Mr Downey is an experienced legal professional with expertise in the resource and corporate sectors.
Admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1999, he has advised oil and gas and mining companies on a variety of legal issues, including initial public offerings, debt and equity raisings, takeovers, and other corporate transactions.
Mr Downey also developed an expertise advising both Australian and foreign incorporated entities on dual listings and cross jurisdiction capital raising and listing rule advice particularly with respect to the TSX-V and AIM markets.
He has also acted as General Counsel for a Canadian oil and gas exploration and production company with assets in Europe and Africa, overseeing its dual listing on the TSX-V and AIM, as well as a £50 million raise and subsequent takeover through a scheme of arrangement.
Tim Morrison has more than twenty years’ experience in early-stage resource company capital offerings and funding activities.
Tim has actively worked across the capital markets in both private venture funds management and public listed markets. He has been involved in raising significant capital for listed and unlisted companies in various sectors.
Mr Holland’s career spans more than 20 years of strategic, technical and commercial experience, with significant expertise across Africa, focusing on collaboration and building strong relationships between companies, projects and local stakeholders.
Mr Holland is the founder and chairman of ASX Listed Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE) which is exploring the highly prospective Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana and secured US$25m in exploration funding from BHP in the 2024 BHP Xplor program.
He is the former CEO and founder of Lithium Power International (LPI), which was acquired by Codelco for approximately $400 million.
Mr D’Anna has significant experience in primary and secondary capital markets, resource exploration, public company operations, administration and financial management.
In just over a decade, he has raised more than $200 million for public and private companies.
Mr D’Anna has experience in Canadian Government and First Nations relations in the mining sector and has worked in numerous jurisdictions including Australia, Botswana, Namibia and Canada.
He has been involved in the exploration and development of a number of new and existing discoveries.
He is also a founding shareholder and director of Askari Metals Limited (ASX: AS2).
Mr. Slate brings a wealth of experience, with over 15 years in the accounting and company secretarial profession.
He has worked across a wide range of multinational corporations and smaller companies in Perth, including ASX and LSE-listed entities, private businesses, and collaborations with high-net-worth individuals.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a Chartered Accountant, an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
